Solid NBN, modem took a while
I decided to try Tangerine for NBN 250 Superfast and the internet itself has been quite good, very quick speeds for what I pay. Setup was straightforward using their Netcomm Modem. The only real downside was the modem delivery; it took nearly a week to arrive after I signed up, which meant I was without internet for a few extra days than I hoped. Once it was here, activation was fast. Customer service was okay when I called about the modem, nothing special but they answered my questions. Overall, it's good value, just wish the shipping was faster for the hardware.
NBN 50 plan was decent
I grabbed the NBN 50 Standard Plus plan a few weeks back. Installation was pretty smooth, just had to plug in the modem. The internet has been reliable for streaming and browsing, which is all I really need. I used my own router which was easy to set up. Speeds are pretty much what I expected for the price. Overall, no complaints.
Amazing 5G Mobile Plan!
Got the 5G Mobile SIM Only Plan and it's fantastic! The speeds are super fast, way better than my old provider. Switched over easily and didn't have any hiccups. Definitely telling everyone about Tangerine Telecom. So glad I found them!
Consistent service, easy upgrade
This is my third time with Tangerine, previously had NBN 50 and upgraded to NBN 100 Premium. The transition was smooth, just like my previous NBN 25 connection. I used my own TP-Link Router again, no issues getting it connected. It's good to know I can rely on them for consistent service. Their activation times are always pretty quick too, which is a plus. They've always been reliable for my home internet.
